Where do I pick up my order?


Once your order has been made, confirmation of your pick up date and time will be sent shortly thereafter. All pre-orders will be ready for pick up at the Minneapolis Marriott Southwest hotel, off of 169 in Minnetonka. 5801 Opus Parkway Minnetonka, MN 55343




What are your top selling cheesecakes?

Do you offer a gluten free cheesecake?


Yes. See our Chocolate Cheesecake, Chocolate Rain cheesecake, Peanut Butter cheesecake and Traditional cheesecake flavor options. NOTE: Our only gluen free option is made with a traditional cheesecake filling (contains only cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla) and the crust is made out of heath bar candy. Heath bar candy contains almonds. Anyone allergic to almonds should not eat this crust flavor option.

Do you ship cheesecakes outside of Minnesota?


No, not at the moment. Cheesecake Funk™ is working on it. We hope to start shipping across the United States in the future. If anyone can connect us with a food shipping partner, let us know! Email Info@cheesecakefunk.com to send us any shipping partner leads.




Do you offer reduced sugar option cheesecakes?


Yes. Please indicate this as a special instruction with your order and we will happily fulfill your request.

I have a question about my order I recently placed.


If you have not heard from Vanessa confirming your order, please check your spam or junk folder. Confirmation emails can sometimes get blocked, so please check there within 48 hours if you have not heard back. How far will you deliver too?


Due to the high volume of orders, Cheesecake Funk is not offering personal home delivery at this time. We are a small business, and look forward to offering this option to customers in the future.




Do you offer cheesecakes for weddings?


Yes. We are more than happy to create cheesecakes for your special wedding day and we would love to be apart of it. Select three flavors from our menu and enjoy a personalized sampling. Sampling Fee - $40 (plus tax). Visit our Weddings page for additional details and to send in a contact form.




What if I have a nut allergy?


We understand families who suffer from nut allergies. Our protocol with nut allergies is simple – your cheesecake will be made completely separate from cheesecakes containing or topped with nuts. Know that if you or a loved one has a nut allergy, your cheesecake will be 100% free from being prepared around this allergen.




How much are your cheesecakes?


Small Cheesecakes - $35 Large Cheesecakes - $50 *Tax not included in pricing.




Do you sell individual cheesecake slices?


No, Cheesecake Funk sells small or large cheesecakes for pre-order. You can order by the slice at any partnering restaurant we are currently featured at. Additional locations include: MinnyRow Market (in Hopkins) and Coastal Seafoods (Minneapolis location).




If I placed an order today, when can I get it?


Orders can expect a 3-4 business days turn around time. Orders are processed daily, Monday - Friday until 4pm cst. If you placed your order after 4pm cst, it will be processed on the next business day (Mon-Fri) at 9am cst. Additional Delivery Fees may cause cheesecakes to be delivered in 5-7 business days. If you're ordering a cheesecake for a holiday, demand can be high, so please plan ahead to reserve your order. We cannot accomindate last minute and short notice orders.




What are your pick-up hours?


You can schedule to pick-up your confirmed orders Monday - Friday between 10:00am - 5:00pm cst.




Can I freeze my cheesecake?


Yes! You can always freeze your cheesecakes to keep them fresh for a later date. We refridgerate all of our cheesecake orders prior to pick-up. It is recommended that if you do freeze your cheesecake, only freeze it for up to three weeks to maintain it's goodness!




Did Prince really like Cheesecake Funk?


Not only did Prince like and enjoy Cheesecake Funk, he came up with the name! He has always been a big influence in Vanessa's life, but it was such a joy to work for him and provide cheesecakes to Prince, NPG band members and Paisley Park staff. Prince was a true gift to this planet. May you always remember to play his music, listen to his messages in his songs, and tell your children of the magical musician he was. He is forever thought about and missed in the Cheesecake Funk kitchen.
