As many of you may or may not know, when I'm baking in the Cheesecake Funk kitchen, coffee fuels me. It brings me comfort, legit hops as needed and warm fragrant smells while brewing in the early morning hours. After meeting Folly Rob's (amazing!) mother, I was eager to sit down with Rob and chat about my Cheesecake Funk journey. As such, I've been testing out adding Folly Coffee to the traditional cheesecake - and boy, oh boy, it's legit. More on this in the coming months!
