You should smell the cheesecake goodness that comes from inside our kitchen at the Minneapolis Marriott Southwest hotel! Coming up on the one year anniversary (April 1) of baking out of this location and WOW has it been wonderful creating in this space. All preorders received through www.cheesecakefunk.com are fulfilled within 2-3 business days, and pick ups continue to be contactless Monday-Friday.
NEW FLAVOR FEATURE
Excited to offer an amazing new Cheesecake Funk flavor - Toasted Coconut Cream! This new flavor has been a wonderful addition to the menu, and people have really enjoyed this light, tropical flavor.

My hope for all of us in this new year is to regain more normalcy in our daily lives and that the current global struggles will resolve very very soon.
